INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS

Information Required for Players is as Follows:

1. Full Name (Not Nick Names)
2. Address
3. DOB
4. Close up Picture (with No Hats, Visor’s, or Sunglasses, if getting Photo Id)

The Teacher/Coach fingerprinting by the State would not play any role in this. Fingerprinting done by the state would be to allow the state to check their databases based on the fingerprint of the individual. VTD is not searching using fingerprints and therefore would not be accessing that information.

VTD makes every possible stride it can to protect your information. VTD starts by password protecting the information at all levels, even at our offices. Only those approved to see the information will be allowed to. Our server, on which the information is stored, is housed in a secure off-site facility. 

On VTD, only the person that has the account login and those approved by ASA, will be able to access the information. When you login to VTD, you have the option on the Members Login screen to change your login access from HTTP to the more secure HTTPS. The HTTPS access is encrypted to provide a new level of security for users. 

Here are 5-steps to online Individual Registration via VTD:

1. Go to http://www.fastpitchsoftball.net and create an account.
2. Go back to the website when you receive the password via Email and login.
3. Enter your Team information.
4. Click on Edit Players/Staff and enter your players and Coaches.
5. Click on Player Registration and create an invoice. Print the invoice and mail it along with the correct information to Tom Tengler
