TOURNAMENT RULES

1. ASA rules will govern play.

2. Format is 3 Pool Games leading to Single Elimination.

First 3 pool game will be used to seed into elimination if any team plays extra game.

3.  Home team will be determined by the flip of a coin after Line up sheets turned in.

4. Game balls will be provided.

5. 15 Runs after any inning, 12 runs after 3 innings, or 8 runs after 4 ½  or 5 innings will be in affect.

6. No new inning will start after 1 hour and 30 minutes. Game Clock starts on warmup first pitch

1 Hour 45 Minute Time Limit in Championship games.

Run rule in effect in championship games.

7. International tie breaker after 7 innings, or time limit, whichever comes first. Pool play can end in a tie.

8. All Rules protests will be settled at game time by the Tournament committee and head umpire.

9. Game time is forfeit time.

10. Tournament format and scheduling may be changed if conditions or weather dictate.

11. Trophies and team plaque will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place.

12. No infield practice prior to games.

13. Defensive Coaches must remain in front of dugout.

14. Teams are placed into brackets based on results from pool play.

15. Teams will be seeded into brackets by:

a. Most wins. Ties will count as 1/2 Win & 1/2 Loss

b. Head to head if 2 teams tied.

c. Least number of runs given up.

d. Most runs scored.

e. Coin flip.

16. Team manager is responsible for ensuring game times and reporting scores

17. All teams must check in with copies of birth certifcates and pick up schedules prior to 1st game.
